Whats for Dinner ... (My Version) Parmessan Crusted Chicken

I really don't know what to cook tonight but good thing that I was blog hopping last night and I was able to jot one interesting food from one of my fav site to visit when it comes to food stuff and anything related to cooking and baking and of course eating... It was easy to do and since we always have chicken pieces in the freezer, I thought I'd give this yummy treat a go.

I had the following for this recipe:

500 gms chicken pcs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
bread crumbs combined with -
dry herbs (basil, oregano, garlic, cracked pepper)
fine salt / chicken salt

How I did it:

preheat oven to 200C
combine the mayo and the parmesan cheese and set aside
season the bread crumbs by combining the herbs and other stuff mentioned
(you can use whatever you wish to add to your breadcrumbs really)
dip the chicken pieces in the mayo mixture then rolling it to the breadcrumbs
place in a flat baking tray (sprayed with some canola oil) and bake for 20-25 min
We enjoyed this easy-to-make food with some baked potato and some buttered peas but really you can have this too with some salad or maybe some dinner rolls or even with just some plain rice - its all up to you - or if you are like my husband, who cant wait - the you can just eat it on its own... try it - its so easy to make but so yummy in the tummy ...

don't you just love how simple and easy this dish is?! the chicken looks good, jigs!
